Encouragement Weekend – Twelve Steps

Our Twelve Step Encouragement Weekend is an immersive experience designed to strengthen your recovery, renew your hope, and equip you for the journey ahead.   

Whether you’re just beginning your recovery journey, returning after a setback, or simply looking for a deeper understanding of the Twelve Steps, Encouragement Weekend-Twelve Step is designed to help you build a strong foundation and accelerate your recovery journey.    This weekend is open to folks from any 12 step program.  

In an intimate group of 3 to 8 participants, you’ll work through all 12 steps in a supportive, encouraging environment.  Over the course of the weekend, you’ll gain practical tools, meaning ful insight, and a clearer understanding of how the Twelve Steps can be applied to everyday life.   While recovery is a lifelong journey, this weekend provides the momentu, clarity and encouragement to help you confidently take your next steps. 

Your Recovery Coach and Weekend Guide, Julia C. recently celebrated 21 years of sobriety and is a Certified Life and Recovery Coach.   Julia combines her personal experience with professional coaching to create a safe, judgement-free environment where participants can ask questions, share honestly and experience the hope and transformation that recovery offers.  

Whether your goal is lasting sobriety, personal growth or a renewed sense of hope, you’ll leave the weekend with greater confidence, a stronger foundation and a practical roadmap for continued recovery.

Price is $250 per person and includes all items above.  

Where you’ll stay

All Encouragement Weekends are held at the beautiful Lodge at Turkey Creek in Savannah, TN which is 2-2.5 hour drive from both Nashville and Memphis. (link here).   The Lodge offers a peaceful and comfortable setting on 7 wooded acres in middle Tennessee which encourages reflection, healing and meaningful connection to yourself, nature and others.  

There are 4 separate bedrooms each with two separate beds in them (maximum 8 guests total).   Two full bathrooms will be shared amongst all participants. 

  • Fully-equipped kitchen for cooking with oven/range, refrigerator/freezer and dishes for up to 15 people.  (no dishwasher)
  • Keurig Coffe Maker
  • Inside dining table seating for 8-10 with additional tables available to setup inside or on back deck
  • Inside Living Area with comfortable seating
  • Back deck the length of the house overlooking wooded acreage
  • Full Wifi capable of supporting remote work, including video calls
  • TV in main living area with streaming services
  • Interior InfraRed Sauna for two people
  • Outside Wood Fired Sauna for up to 6 people (seasonal) with cold plunge outdoor bathtub
  • Outside Fire Pit with seating
  • Covered Pole barn which can be set up with tables and chairs or as great outside yoga spot
  • Stays at the lodge also include use of the 150 acre farm property 1/2 mile down the road – including creek, trails in the woods and a forest labyrinth

 

Weekend Schedule

Friday

Arrival & Check in – anytime between 5:00-9:00 pm

After setting into your room, you’ll have an opportunity to meet other attendees, get acquainted with the lodge/farm and prepare for the weekend ahead.    Optional art/craft supplies provided.

Dinner is on your own Friday evening. 

Saturday

8:30 AM – Breakfast

9:00 AM – workshop begins

12:00 PM – lunch break

1:00 PM – workshop continues

5:30 PM – Dinner

Evening – Fellowship, relaxation and optional reflection time around the fire pit.

9:00 PM – Lights out

Sunday

8:30 AM – Breakfast

9:00-11:30 AM – Final workshop session

12:00 PM – Closing

You will leave with a deeper understanding of the Twelve Steps, practical tools for continued growth and a personalized plan for moving forward in your recovery.
